Easy Returns

SilverCliv provides easy returns through website itself, Returns & Exchanges feature is available through mail or whatsapp. Team will respond back within 24-48 working hours. We request all customers to kindly apply for return only if jewellery is unused manner. If there is a delay in response please feel free the email us at info@silvercliv.com with images of product you would like to return and shipping label.

A handling charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for all return orders per product. To avoid this, you can place an exchange order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it; it must also be in the original packaging.

Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken based on the package opening footage, and the wrong product that was received will be notified to the customer. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any action if the customer fails to respond within 5 days

Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, are ineligible for returns.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders within the India will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package and estimate the delivery date. We primarily use shiprocket and bluedart as our shipping partners you can check tracking with AWB accordingly.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. Please check with us before placing an order to ensure that we can ship to your location.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed with 7-10 days of return jewellery reaching back to our warehouse and quality check

  • Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions, hair sprays or other chemicals
  • Remove your jewellery before going to bed
  • Avoid direct sunlight, heat or cold, especially stay away from humidity
  • Remove jewellery when bathing, showering or swimming
  • Remove jewellery when participating physical activities, eg. Cleaning/gardening
  • Clean the jewellery after each use and occasionally wipe with a soft cloth.
  • Jewellery should be stored away separately in an air-tight jewellery box.

Where is my order processed from?

Orders are processed from our operational center in Jaipur, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

Who will deliver my order?
Within India, we ship through recognized courier companies such as DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees, etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code and a landmark nearby.

This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders?
If both orders are not dispatched from our operational center by the time we get this intimation, we can combine the orders and ship them out together.

Shipping days

Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries. However, if you need to get an order delivered on a specific day, please reach out to our helpline, and we will try to accommodate this request. However, since we use 3rd party logistics providers, we cannot provide any commitment on such requests.

ARE THERE ANY TIPS FOR JEWELLERY?

• Are there any tips for storing the jewellery?- Store in: Plastic ziplock or the pouch with plastic cover provided by us! Please do not use fancy cloths, velvet pieces, wooden boxes etc. for storing your jewellery creations.
- Sanitizers, perfumes, soaps, water, humidity, moisture, extreme temperature or anything acidic!

• Are the jewellery pieces breakable?- Yes, they are. All jewellery pieces are delicate creations so please do not pull them or handle them roughly. We may be able to fix the broken jewellery creation at an appropriate charge.

• Is there a need to re-polish the jewellery? If yes, how do we do it?- Plating / polishing may fade over a period of time and yes, you may need to polish/plate your jewellery again.
- Your local jeweller can do it for you or you can contact us for the same. We can re-polish your jewellery at nominal charges.
- We do not polish jewellery creations not bought from us.

• What if silver creations turn black?- Silver jewellery is hand polished once the creation is ready. After it is exposed to atmosphere, anything in silver is prone to oxidation. Silver finish as original can be brought back by cleaning silver jewellery with silver cleaning cloth. It is available with us at an extra charge.
