Shipping Outside India:

However, we will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a Whatsapp message on your provided mobile number (if the number has a valid account on Whatsapp) with tracking details such as tracking number, logistics partner name, and a tracking URL. You can use this tracking number/URL to monitor the status of your package and get real-time updates on its whereabouts.

Alternatively, you can visit our website’s order tracking page anytime, to track your order status. You will need to enter your order id and the billing email address to fetch the order status.

Delivery Partners:

We work with trusted courier partners, including Amazon Surface, Ekart Logistics, Ecom Express, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our delivery partners are chosen based on their reliability and efficiency in handling shipments. While we strive to maintain high standards throughout the delivery process, please understand that some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Undeliverable Packages:

In the event that our courier partners are unable to deliver your package due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you, we will make every effort to contact you for clarification. However, if we are unable to reach you, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will notify you and arrange for a refund in case of prepaid order.
