Return Policy
At SilverCliv, our goal is your satisfaction with our exquisite silver rings and earrings. We ensure a smooth return process to guarantee your contentment with your purchase. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions:
1. General Return Guidelines:
- We offer a return and exchange option if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
- Personalized orders are exempt from our standard return and exchange policy unless the product is delivered defective.
- All returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Please note that we reserve the right to decline the return of jewellry due to various reason
- Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, are ineligible for returns.
2. Defective/Damaged/Missing Products:
- In case of the product damaged/missing- You need to send us the 360 view of unboxing video of the damaged/missing product on info@silvercliv.com or on WhatsApp.
- In the event of receiving a defective/damaged/missing product, kindly contact us within a day of receiving the product.
- Contact us through email at info@silvercliv.com or whatsapp to report the issue.
- Defective products must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoice for a refund. Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. 7 Days Return Policy for Domestic Orders:
- Domestic orders within India are eligible for a 7 days return in the case of damaged or unsatisfactory products.
- The return product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the invoice to receive store credit for future purchases.
- Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, are ineligible for returns.
4. Return Charges:
- A handling charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for all return orders per product. To avoid this, you can place an exchange order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it; it must also be in the original packaging.
- Customer has to send the product back at SHIMMERIC JEWELS LLP, A-9 RAGHUNATH COLONY GALTA GATE JAIPUR-302003, RAJASTHAN.
- Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken based on the package opening footage, and the wrong product that was received will be notified to the customer. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any action if the customer fails to respond within 5 days
5. Return Initiation Process:
- Contact our customer support through info@silvercliv.com within 7 day of product receipt.
- Wait for confirmation from SilverCliv before returning the product.
- Include the invoice/guarantee card with the returned product for the return process.
6. Time Limit for Returns:
- We will not entertain any return requests submitted after 7 day from the date of product receipt.
