Refund/ Exchange/Return Policy
At SilverCliv, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our silver jewellery, both in terms of product quality and customer support. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the order and exchange it.
Please Note: Personalized orders are exempt from our return and exchange policy, except in cases where a defective product is delivered. In such instances, you must return the defective product in unused condition, in its original packaging, along with the invoice, for a refund. You are required to report any defects within a day of receiving the product, by writing to us at info@silvercliv.com. For more details regarding refunds for defective products, please refer to the "Refund" section below.
7 days Return Policy for Domestic Orders Only: In the rare event that the product you receive is in damaged condition or does not meet your expectations, you can return it in unused and original condition, along with the invoice, to receive an equivalent store credit via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This store credit can be used for future purchases. Our courier partner will arrange the pickup of the order from the address provided by you.
Return Charges: A handling charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for all return orders per product. To avoid this, you can place an exchange order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it; it must also be in the original packaging.
Customer has to send the product back at SHIMMERIC JEWELS LLP, A-9 RAGHUNATH COLONY GALTA GATE JAIPUR-302003, RAJASTHAN.
Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken based on the package opening footage, and the wrong product that was received will be notified to the customer. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any action if the customer fails to respond within 5 days
How to Initiate the Refund Process?
- Customers should contact SilverCliv customer support through info@silvercliv.com within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
- Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation email from SilverCliv.
- All products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, and unused.
- Include the invoice/guarantee card in the package for the return process. Returns without these documents will not be processed.
Note: We will not entertain any return requests submitted after 7 days from the date of product receipt.
Refund Policy: We will process refunds in the bank account, To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in unused condition, in its original packaging, with the original tags and invoice. Failure to meet these criteria may result in a refund not being possible.
Jewellry: Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline the exchange of jewellery products due to potential variations in weight, which can affect the price. Our pricing is based on current precious metal and gem prices, and these prices can change over time due to market fluctuations. Therefore, our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment or return a product due to it being received in a damaged condition, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
Exchange Policy:
- The exchange of jewellery sold through SilverCliv or directly by the company is subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of our exchange policy, which is operated at the company's discretion.
- For products made of 925 Sterling Silver, 24kt, 22kt, 18kt, 14kt, and platinum, exchanges will be accepted after careful examination for defects, weight, originality, damage, or stone defects (such as cracks, replacements, or alterations), including the company's mark/logo. Products with discrepancies will not be accepted for exchange.
- To participate in our exchange program, you must provide the original cash memo or certificate of authenticity.
