Easy Returns
SilverCliv provides easy returns through website itself, Returns & Exchanges feature is available through mail or whatsapp. Team will respond back within 24-48 working hours. We request all customers to kindly apply for return only if jewellery is unused manner. If there is a delay in response please feel free the email us at info@silvercliv.com with images of product you would like to return and shipping label.
Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, are ineligible for returns.
A handling charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for all return orders per product. To avoid this, you can place an exchange order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it; it must also be in the original packaging.
Customer has to send the product back at SHIMMERIC JEWELS LLP, A-9 RAGHUNATH COLONY GALTA GATE JAIPUR-302003, RAJASTHAN.
Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken based on the package opening footage, and the wrong product that was received will be notified to the customer. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any action if the customer fails to respond within 5 days
Shipping Time:
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders within the India will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package and estimate the delivery date. We primarily use shiprocket and bluedart as our shipping partners you can check tracking with AWB accordingly.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. Please check with us before placing an order to ensure that we can ship to your location.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed with 7-10 days of return jewellery reaching back to our warehouse and quality check
